I set up my vendors to register using event espresso |
Hi there, Sorry but I’m not sure I follow. In terms of EE, what are ‘vendors’ and how are you adding them to the site? |

|
Vendors register the same as a ticket holder using Event espresso EE. |
Ok, can you post an example, please? The reason I’m asking is you’ve put this:
But then have this:
If they register the same as a ticket holder then couldn’t you have used the registration form within EE and not separated it out into a Gravity form? (which appears to be why you now have 2 separate sets of data that will need to be manually entered into Event Espresso).
I’m not sure why EE couldn’t have been used to do the above?
If you’ve separated the separated the registrations out from Event Espresso and used Gravity Forms to register them, the data is within Gravity Forms and Not Event Espresso meaning it is likely you’ll need to do this manually, or create a script to do it for you, but for 100 ‘registrations’ you’d likely be quicker doing it manually if your not familiar with both Gravity Forms and EE structure. |

I am only using event espresso. Previously used gravity forms to get reports. I want to use my event espresso to export to excel as I did in Gravity forms. |
Ok, so that means the data from the form that created with Gravity Forms, saved to the Gravity forms tables and not Event Espresso.
The Gravity Forms export would have been pulling the information from its own tables to export to CSV. You can’t use Event Espresso to export the data saved in the Gravity Forms tables, you need to manually add the Vendors to Event Espresso and export the registrations after that. |

I am Not using gravity forms any longer. |
Them I’m sorry but I don’t understand your question.
You export your registrations. If you want ALL registrations, go to Event Espresso -> Registrations Bottom of the list table are buttons ‘All Registrations CSV Report’ or ‘Filter CSV Report’ (the filtered button applies any filters you current have active on the list, in other words the current selection for the list table). If you want the export for a specific event: Event Espresso -> Events -> {hover over event} -> Registrations. You’ll now have a list of registrations only for that event, same buttons at the bottom of that list. Is that what you are looking for? |
