I only noticed because it is saying I cannot update my plugins because the expired license.
Things I am seeing:
in my account:
– Your license level: EE4 Everything License
Expires: November 09, 2016
In my WP notices at the top:
– Your Event Espresso license has expired. Renew now to save 10% off and get access to software updates and support.
– An automatic update for Event Espresso is available but your Support License Key is invalid.
I checked the key that is in the install and it is the correct current key.
We did just transfer the account from the web guy to my username, so maybe that has something to do with it?
I’ve reset your license key. Please remove your license key from the General Settings page of Event Espresso and save the form blank without a license key. Then re-enter your license key again which should enable the new domain and/or one-click upgrades.
If that doesn’t work, then I can assign you a new key.
Your license key had been reset yes, but its not showing anything pings from your server to re-assign the key. This can sometimes happen when your server (or possibly a security plugin) is blocking the requests from EE but I have assigned you a new key to see if that works.
Please let us know if you have any further problems.
