Hello,
I have an “ongoing” event that is just selling tickets and does NOT have a specific date and time as people buy a ticket and then we schedule them after that. When people get emails about this event it shows then a wide range of times and dates – how do I remove any mention of a time and date for just this one event? It seems like its required for me to put in a date range to create and display the event?

Are you planning to remove it from the invoice or notification they will receive?
