I’ve had several people registering for an event, including one who pre-paid, and they are NOT showing up on the website.
How many registrations has this happened with?
Did these people register for multiple events or just singles?
Event Espresso does not provide a ‘pre-paid’ option by default so may I ask which payment method they chose?
I am frustrated that you do not have phone availability, and that I have to wait a long time for a response, and thus lose business.
I do understand your frustration here however, there are a few reasons we don’t offer phone support and have some of those listed HERE.
In this case, your thread was created yesterday (Sunday) and we (the support staff) are available Mon-Fri so phone support would not have helped here.
