Today I downloaded the registrations csv report as usual – and to my surprise, some of the approved registrations’ ticket datetimes have disappeared from the report – creating errors in my excel file. Not sure if you’re already aware of the issue? What can I do to fix this?
I can send the download from today vs the same download from June 19th so that you can see what has changed.
Please send the files to support@eventespresso.com. Please include a link to this forum page so we know what the email relates to. If you can also explain (here or in the email) what has changed, that would be helpful.
it’s not only one registration, it’s several of them, all dating before the correct download with their ticketdates intact…
I have recently increased the prices of all the events, so the old tickets are still there but disabled in the events – could that be why? It’s still strange because it seems to impact only 3-4 events, while I increased the prices for all the events..
Event Espresso 4.7.8.p is released and includes an update to the Registrations Report query so it includes datetimes for trashed tickets.
