That usually happens due to incorrect MIME types being set on the server, we already set the MIME type for the file to try and prevent it but your host can override it.
When you click the download does it go to a ‘progress’ page first and then show the CSV in the browser, or does it just open up straight away?
This is fixed. I contacted our host, and they made the change. Resolved!
