I need to find a better way to manage and view registrations within Event Espresso:
1. Generate a custom, printable report for event registrants for an event. Be able to add / remove columns representing the different fields in the registration form. Right now the registration view shows only the standard fields. The only way to get to that data currently is through an export and then manually formatting it, then printing.
2. Be able easily share this report with stakeholders without having to give them admin access to WordPress or Event Espresso. At the very least export the custom report without all of the other registration data fields.
3. Add event registration form field restrictions to force character type and limits to prevent incorrect data entry or inconsistent formatting e.g.
a. Allow only numbers in a field (no text) and the max # of characters e.g. allow “134” but don’t allow “1345”
b. “xyz”, force consistently-formatted phone numbers e.g. (123) 123-1234 rather than 1231231234, 123.123-1234 or even 123k3fij.
4. Efficiently update existing event registration data via some bulk action to fix incorrect or incomplete data entered due to the lack of rules enforcement mentioned above. For example update the formatting of existing phone numbers as shown above. Method could be through export, bulk manipulate, re-import, etc. or some other method directly within the database
