Hi Everyone,
We are looking for a system which would enable us to run registration for multiple classes. Here is a description of how it is supposed to work.
We have a school which is attended by children of different ages. For each age group, we offer various classes. A parent should select the age and see the list of offered courses. Then, the parent selects the courses and proceeds with filling in the registration info. There should be an opportunity to change the selected classes prior to school start. We should be able to extract the list of enrolled students for every single class. We would like to use our bank’s online paygate.
We can afford the pro version, but I would like to know if such functionality can be implemented with a standard set of features.
I would very appreciate your advice or references to the existing examples of this kind run under Event Espresso.

Hi Artem,
Classes by age – There isn’t a filter for categories, however, it is easy to set up a list of events by category on a page, so simply having a page for each age group. You could have the lists on one page and set up an anchor tag as a sort of mini menu at the top.
Changing class – Not offered as such. If the user was logged in at the time of registration, they can cancel the registration and re-register for a new class. We do have a beta add on that can move attendees between events, so an admin could easily do that for the registrant.
List of students – Each events attendee list can be exported to spreadsheet. We also have a shortcode to list the attendees names on a post/page if desired.

If your gateway is not on the list it is possible to custom build it either yourself or we can do it for you.
