When I try to download the cvs registration report from our events – we receive a message from Adobe saying the report cannot be downloaded or opened.

Hi Lisa,

That sounds like it might be a browser add-on interfering. Can you try doing the CSV report with a different web browser. For example, if you normally use Firefox, you could try the Chrome browser.
