And we recently migrated the site to the new server. Domain didn’t change, but I’m not sure if that could cause an issue with the setup or account authentication.
However after clicking through to register is shows ‘nothing in your event queue’ which usually happens when you are caching the EE4 critical pages (which you are on your site) – http://take.ms/DrDrc
That page, along with the pages listed in Event Espresso -> General Settings -> Critical pages will need to be excluded from the cache. We have some documentation on this here:
We excluded the caching on the critical pages (WP Engine, so we had their techs take care of it), however we are still running into issues with cookies. Can you take a look and let me know if there is another change we need to make.
Can you contact them again and request they apply the changes again, their server is still caching EE pages, so you’ll continue to get the same error until that is fixed.
I checked with WP Engine and the critical pages are caching. We’re still getting the cookies message. Are we not caching the right pages, or could something else be causing the issue?
Thanks. It looks like the issue was with the multi-site setup and caching setup. It’s fixed now. Thanks for your help.
