I enabled Pay by Check on my EE4 site. This works fine and on the page I can see where to send the check. When I receive an email it does not say anything other than your registration Payment Pending and gives the registration code, the ticket description and the Date/Time but I cannot figure out a way for this email to include who they should make the check out to and where to send it.
There is a button at the bottom of the screen so you can make a payment and that goes back to the payment screen and if you select check the email you get back is the same one as before. Simply, I want my registration Pending email to show where to send the check to.
You can edit the contents of the Registration Pending Payment email. You go to Event Espresso > Messages > Default Message Templates, then in the “Registration Pending Payment” row, click to edit the Primary Registrant’s message template.
