Hi,
I have made an event, when clicking on “Event Registration” on the menu, the registration page comes up without any events listed. I only see:”Event Registration [ESPRESSO_EVENTS]”.

In calendar page I can see the events I have created, pointing on them the pop up registration window shows up. Clicking on “Register now” here brings me to the same registration page where it says:”Event Registration [ESPRESSO_EVENTS]”.

– What is your WordPress version?

Multiple Event Registration v1.0.4

Ah, sorry I forgot to mention that I use PageLines Framework by Pagelines as my site’s template.

Hi Reyza,

A few things to check/try here.

1) In the Event Espresso > General settings, are the pages in the Main Pages section correct? Eg Main Page is event-registration, etc. Can you try resaving the options?

2) If number one fails please delete the 4 pages created by Event Espresso (remove from Trash also) and re-create them or similarly named ones, with the correct shortcodes (see General Settings). Then make sure they are set correctly in General Settings and save.

Sometimes the auto generated ones go wrong for some reason.

If neither of those work, please advise and we can look into this further.

Hi Dean,
Thank you for your prompt respond.
I tried both options.
The problem still remains.
I even rename the registration page (after deleting and removing the old page/s from the trash.

GOOD NEWS!
I deleted and removed the pages from the trash.
Created a new registration page and named it “Register”.
Then I updated the main pages setting under EE General settings.
Now it seems it works fine.
Thanks for the great support.
Best regards,
Reyza 🙂

Hey,

Glad it’s working now and sorry for any inconvenience with that, we are still not sure why this occasionally happens.

I’ll mark this thread as resolved, if you have any new questions or issues, please start a new thread.

Thanks!

No problem, the important thing is that the issue seems to be resolved:)
Another thing, when I re created the “Event Resitration” page the other 3 pages were made automaticly!
Just for your information
Take care and thanks again.
Reyza
