Hi,
Just wondering — is there away to get EE to export the event registrations per event rather than through ALL events?
Right now EE displays an ID number for a registrant in the system. Like if I export a CSV for an event, and that attendee has registered already within the system, their ID is already whatever number they were in line for in the system in whole, if that makes sense.
I need the ability to export their ID (in order that they signed up for said event) rather than their ID for their place in the system.
Like right now it shows up as:
ID: #54, Person1
ID: #723 Person2
ID: #765 Person3
ID: #854 Person4
ID: #888 Person5
Rather than just displaying
ID: #1, Person1
ID: #2 Person2
ID: #3 Person3
ID: #4 Person4
ID: #5 Person5
I just find it odd – can someone point me in the right direction of pulling this off? More importantly, being able to assign a registration number (not ID) for that person within EE that auto increments and is editable?

Hi Brian, you can get that export from the end of the Registrations overview screen.
If you have a lot of events with a lot of attendees then this will timeout.
In this case, generating the report on a per-event basis is recommended.

Hi Brian,
The attendees do not have a per event registration number as such so what you asking is not possible. It might be possible to get a system custom developed that would do this, but you would need to contact a developer regarding this (we have a lit of recommended ones here: https://eventespresso.com/developers/event-espresso-pros/).
You could take the “Modify the registration ID used in EE4” example script found here https://eventespresso.com/wiki/useful-php-code-snippets/ and modify it to work on an event basis.
