Registration Not Working – Cacheing?

I am getting an error “You need to select at least one event before you can proceed with the registration process.” and after reading through support forums it looks like it is a cacheing issue. I have no cacheing plugin installed on the site and flushing the hosts cache does not seem to help. Is there ANYTHING else I can try?
