Registration not showing up in Cart unless Logged In

The events do not show up in the cart and do therefore not allow the user to complete the event registration unless they are logged in as a user. This system worked 2 weeks ago and we have cleared the Cache. WP was updated on the GoDaddy platform in the last week, which may have changed the settings. Thoughts on how to fix this?

Are you using the managed WP hosting option from Go Daddy? If so, please see this support post for information on how to disable the forced-caching:
