After inputting all necessary data and then clicking Proceed to Payment Options, My registration page show up again blank. I have now realized that this has been going on for months, and I have over 100 incomplete registrations. I’m sure most just give up. However some have gone through. So I am totally at a lost and I’m really upset at the lost of revenue. Is it the internet browser or something else? |
Hi Joann, I’ve just ran test registrations within Chrome, Firefox and IE without any issues. However I did notice on one of the registrations the site did become rather sluggish and took around 20 seconds for the page to load. What kind of hosting are you using? Can you go to Event Espresso -> Maintenance -> System Information. Search that page for ‘wp_memory’, what value is set for that please? |

This is what I found: [wp_max_upload_size] => 50 MB I tried again it it still did not work on my computer. Thanks |
From your system can you go to the /registration-cancelled/ page on your site and retest please. Which browser are you using? If you enabled WP_DEBUG and retest, is there any error message shown? |

I am using Mozilla firefox how do I enable wp_debug? Tried again still not working. To be honest I think I woudl rather go with the older version – I use that on another site and have no problems except with multiple event registration. |
Hi Joann, I tried in Safari and did not see the blank page that you mentioned: http://cl.ly/image/1o0a0R3C0Q46 I do see that you are running an older version of Event Espresso. Could you please update to the current version through your WP dashboard? https://eventespresso.com/wiki/ee4-changelog/ Also, who is your hosting provider? — |

updated EE4 |
Hi Joann, thanks for the updated information. Could you please try this again with only Event Espresso 4 running? For example, login to your WP dashboard and deactivate all plugins, then reactivate only Event Espresso 4. If it works as expected, then begin restoring your site a few plugins at a time and then retest. Continue this until you pinpoint the cause of the issue. — |

Okay tried that and it worked – I am still adding plug in to see which one is at fault. Thank you! |
Thanks Joann, please let us know what you find out. — |
