The multi-status e-mail worked after you released the update as you indicated. I am currently running version 4.9.44.p, and the issue seems to be back again – this e-mail is not being triggered under any circumstances as far as I can tell.
Thoughts? I’d love to get this back up and running again!
I checked on my testing server and the Registration Multi-Status Summary E-mail works for me. Is the message type activated in Event Espresso > Messages > Settings?
Thanks for the quick reply. It was activated, but I think I figured it out, as I didn’t realize that it is only generated when there is a “mixed bag” of statuses for multiple events in a registration. I tested out that functionality and it appeared to work. Thanks!
That’s correct about the mixed bag of statuses. If there’s only only status then the one of the single status emails get sent (if activated).
