On my site: https://kursus-kompagniet.dk when i move a registration from one event to another, the attendees is registered on both events. Shouldn’t they disappear from the original event, to free up the spaces?

Hi there,
No, their registration should not be removed from the original event, however the original registration should have its status automatically updated to cancelled (which will free up their space on the event).
Is that not happening for you? Meaning both registrations are ‘Approved’?

Hi Tony, thanks for your reply. What you write is correct, the status changes to cancelled, and free up the spaces. I guess we looked at it wrong.
It is a bit confusing to us, to see all the original cancelled registrations, while looking over the registrations to an event. Is it possible to remove/hide the original registrations that has been cancelled? Maybe just hid all cancelled registrations in the backend?

We don’t currently have an option to do that, but you can set a specific registration status on the registration list – http://take.ms/PlnXp
