Hi, We have created ticket for upcoming events and they are linked to registration forms/question groups. However, the links to the events after a person selects a ticket to purchase are not going to the registration forms and instead are returning to the site’s home page. I checked the events and the question groups are properly checked. Next I checked the question groups and they appear to no longer be published, which is a mystery since they have been published for well over a year now. Further, the toggle for Publish does not toggle. Site is: http://cardunaldogtraining.com/ I created a test ticket for example at: Please help as we have events coming up. Thank you |

Hi, The first things I would check are: That the Critical Pages (General Settings > Critical Pages tab) are added correctly and have the correct shortcodes (screenshot: http://take.ms/0ahjD) Secondly you should see if there are any caching plugins on the site OR server level caching (you may need to speak with your host regarding this). If you have either/both, you will need to “white list” the EE pages, see this article for more info on that: https://eventespresso.com/wiki/setup-nocache-exclusion-rules-event-espresso/ The publish issue, are the events still ongoing or have their dates expired? |
I checked the critical pages and all says ok. As to cacheing, there is no cacheing on the site or host. The events are upcoming. As you can see from the link I provided. They have classes all the time and have had for over a year now and the registration pages have all worked until now. |

Hello, beginning a registration does take you to the registration checkout page but you have to scroll down to see the registration form. The WordPress page with the shortcode for registration checkout may be set to use a page template for your home page. Try browsing to this page in the WordPress pages editor and check to see if you can switch it to a different page layout. For example, this page does not have that extra content from the home page: http://cardunaldogtraining.com/location/ — |

That’s it! Thank you. |

Anything else we can help with or may we mark this as resolved? |
