Registration Form Format

I have registration set up here:
http://elbarcodefiesta.com/event-registration?ee=1
and I’d like to adjust the width of the field where the Terms and Conditions are.

I have done it here some time ago: http://www.boysbeatingcancer.org/event-registration?ee=1

But I can’t for the life of me find the right css settings.
Please help
