I’ve seen someone else had this problem a while ago. When I register for an event, I’m asked for First and Last name and email address but not for address info (nor the Qs I have in a third Q group). It just goes to the Registration confirmation. What’s going on?

Hi there,
The thing that usually causes this is the checkboxes next to the Address Group and other question group aren’t checked in the Questions for Primary Registrant box.

Hi there,
The images show the Addess information question group and the questions within it.
But have you selected that question group within the event?
Edit your event and look for the ‘Questions for Primary Registrants’ section, the ‘Address Information’ question group must be selected within the event for it to show, it’s the top section shown here – http://take.ms/1CBvc

Thanks. We’re getting there. I didn’t have that section. It was disabled in the View options when editing the Event. Now the address details are asked for.
BTW: Is this the best way to get help: starting a thread in the forum? Or can I email support directly?

Yes, the forums is the best place to receive support as all of the support team then have access to the thread.
