I’m based in the UK and it looks like you currently have it setup to block UK visitors. Can lift that restriction?
I did ask @Josh to see if he could run through a registration, it submitted fine for him. Generally the issue you’ve posted is caused by caching, are you running any caching plugins?
The shopping cart widget for the multiple event registration add-on does not currently have an empty cart option. Items (events) can be removed through the event cart page.
