Registration Error: Content not recognized in required fields (2)

I’m running into an issue where “Registration Error: Content not recognized in required fields” shows when trying to register.

This seems to happen when I tried registering without logging into the site, when I log in it worked fine.

Here is a screenshot:

I was there was already a post like this in the forum with the answer being remove a duplicate field. I didn’t see that in my case.

Can you link us to the event so we can view this please?

Which version of Event Espresso are you using?

Ah, I see why.

I’m based in the UK and it looks like you currently have it setup to block UK visitors. Can lift that restriction?

I did ask @Josh to see if he could run through a registration, it submitted fine for him. Generally the issue you’ve posted is caused by caching, are you running any caching plugins?

Do you have caching enabled on the securi proxy?

On a different note does the shopping cart widget add-on have a empty cart or something like that for the cart sidebar widget?

Hello,

Could you clarify if you deactivated caching through Sucuri?

If it was, could you share the name of what that option is called? I would like to update the information in our no-cache / exclusion rules documentation (https://eventespresso.com/wiki/setup-nocache-exclusion-rules-event-espresso/).

The shopping cart widget for the multiple event registration add-on does not currently have an empty cart option. Items (events) can be removed through the event cart page.
