Hi, All of our registration emails (Approved/Pending Payment etc) are being delivered showing the raw HTML. This is an example of the header info: Public Affairs Irela nd < tr style=”margin: 0; padding: 0; font-family: ‘Helvetica Neue’, ‘Helvetic a’, Helvetica, Arial, sans-serif;”> < h2 style=”margin: 0; padding: 0; font-family: ‘HelveticaNeue-Light’, ‘Hel vetica Neue Light’, ‘Helvetica Neue’, Helvetica, Arial, ‘Lucida Grande’, sa ns-serif; color: #000; line-height: 1.1; margin-bottom: 15px; padding-botto m: 15px; padding-top: 10px; font-size: 30px; font-weight: 200;”>Hello, sas: I have no idea why it’s doing this, but when I sent a test email to myself through the Message Templates section, it came out fine. However, I don’t think it’s to do with our own mail server as I sent one to my gmail and that was corrupted also. Can you help, please? |

This is very urgent and I would appreciate a response. I know my account says I do not have premium (hence not being able to post in the Premium Forum) but I do have a premium account. |

I have also tried resetting to default, but still receive the same thing. |
Hello, I’ve seen that occur when the local email server is making changes to the emails. If you spot check the various words, you’ll see that some of them have an odd space like this: Irela nd …which should be Ireland. That is breaking the emails and I recommend setting up a free transactional email service like SendGrid or Mailgun to correct the issue: https://eventespresso.com/wiki/postmark-app-mandrill-transactional-email-handling-services/ — |

Okay, so once I have SendGrid set up and the plugin installed with the API, we shouldn’t have any more problems? |

Emails seem to be sending fine, now. However, now for an individual event, the registrant is receiving two emails, one with the subject “Group Event Registration Details” and one with the subject “Your Event Registration Details”. |
Hi there, It sounds like you have both the ‘Registrant’ and ‘Primary Registrant’ contexts active for the Registration Approved message type. You can set the ‘To’ field of the Primary Registrant message context to nothing and save to disable that message. You can read here on how to work with message contexts: https://eventespresso.com/wiki/messages-system-working-with-message-contexts/ |
