I thought I had this bug solved but apparently I did not. If you refer to this thread https://eventespresso.com/topic/registration-emails/ . My client still says emails are going out. I tested it myself and didn’t get an email but she forwarded me one and it does look like it sent out from registration, prior to payment. The person in question is “coleman allen” registering for “field grade 1 full session – charleston. I can forward the email if it would help? Any ideas/suggestions? Id be glad to provide admin login if that would help.
Could you share a link to an event so we can take a look at this issue?
