Hello, Thanks, |
Hi, Are you running the latest software: https://eventespresso.com/wiki/change-log/ What is the messaging that is shown in the notification emails? — |
|
|
Hey Lorenzo, |
Hi Ritchard, Where have you set the registration emails to off? Is it within Event Espresso -> General Settings -> Email Settings -> ‘Send registration confirmation emails before payment is received?’ ? |
|
|
yes sir, I have send payment confirmation emails – yes; send registration confirmation emails – no; use fancy headers- no I have tried with fancy headers on and off. |
Fancy headers basically just change the email ‘From’ name from WordPress to your company name. Can you post the Full email content here please? Both the confirmation and Registrations confirmation emails contain the phrase: I have just ran a quick test on one of your events, stopping at that FirstData payment and have not received a confirmation email which from your settings would be correct. Do you get different results? |

Hey Tony, Thanks for your help. |
Hi Ritchard, The add new attendee feature through the WordPress dashboard will send an email notification. For a workaround, you could try our Attendee importer tool: https://eventespresso.com/wiki/attendee-batch-import-tool/ You’ll need to join the Prerelease channel before it will be available in your Event Espresso account page. — |

Ok cool deal, if I upgrade to EE4 would it change? Right now to workaround I have been just manually registering from the front end. |
Hi Ritchard, That is one option but some addons for EE3 are not available for Event Espresso 4. Please take a look at this page before updating: https://eventespresso.com/differences-ee4-ee3/ — |
