We have been getting registration emails to info@garagedoorstudio.com and suddenly, registration emails are being sent to my biz partner’s email. How do I make our info email the primary email again?
Yes, my biz partner has started getting all the registration approved messages. I did not change the author. The only thing I did recently was change her password user admin status on WordPress, it seems that’s when this started happening.
There is a change you can make to the messages system to prevent this from happening again if you prefer?
In short, you change the ‘To’ field to use [CO_EMAIL]
That will then always use whatever Email is set in Event Espresso -> General Settings -> Primary Contact Email so you just need to make sure that is set to the correct email address to use.
Then it doesn’t matter who creates your events, or who is set as the author later etc, it always just sends the emails to the address in general settings.
