Hello –
While it has never happened before, the Registration Details area is showing on events where it has disabled in the settings. Example: http://www.brookfieldlibrary.org/event-information?ee=1145
What is causing this, and how can it actually be disabled?

Hi,
I checked on a test site and this seems to be working correctly. Perhaps it is due to old templates in the uploads/espresso/templates directory. You could test this by temporarily renaming the directory.

Hi, Dean –
I renamed the directory, and it did remove the Registration Details area. How can I can I make this change stick once I rename it back to the original?

Hi Jennifer,
What you will need to do is to look at the original template files that you modified and compare them with the new the new default template files and see what has changed. It is usually minor changes but enough to knock modifications out of balance.
If you didnt do the modifications in the first place I would refer to your web developer for assistance.
If there are no modifications at all, then the files shouldnt be in the uploads directory anyway so you can leave it renamed.
