Registration Confirmation Emails not sending

As of late last night, our registration email have stopped sending out
Is there an issue?

Hi Paul,

Have all emails (to attendees and to event admins) stopped working?

If so, there may have been a change to the server by the host. Please try an email delivery service such as Mandrill or Postmark app:

No, only the second email…and we have noticed it in the last 12 hours…no problem for 2 years with it except for now

Can you explain which email is the second email?

Are you receiving the admin confirmation email but the attendee is not receiving theirs? or maybe the opposite way round?

and we have noticed it in the last 12 hours…no problem for 2 years with it except for now

Unfortunately we see all to often that a hosting company has made a change during ‘routine maintenance’ on the server which has broken email functionality. However if your install is still sending some emails, this is likely not the case but its worth checking that WordPress itself can still send emails (password resets for example) or testing emails with a plugin such as ‘Check Email’ to send a test email.
