A user registered for two different tickets. They should have received two registration emails, but instead, they got flooded with 13 registration emails. Any idea what could have caused this and how to prevent it?
If you look in Event Espresso -> Messages -> Message Activity can you see the duplicate messages listed there? What you find there could help to point to the cause. You may see the sent email listed there once, or it may be listed there 13 times.
In this case, we do not need sFTP access. A temporary WP admin login is sufficient.
