Hello, Registration Emails are not sent to customers, just to the primary contact email. I have double checked all settings, but I have no idea anymore. Check email plugin shows no issues, all other emails work. Resending email to attendee does also not work. Regards Hannes Page information: WordPress Version:

Hi there, Currently it looks like you have reCaptcha enabed on the site but there is an issue with your key – http://take.ms/ggBw8 This means I can’t run a test registration on the site so can you either fix the public and private keys for the reCaptcha or disable that feautre for now within Event Espresso -> General Settings -> reCaptcha |

You can install the email logging plugin, then try resending an email to an attendee, then check the log to see the error(s) captured there. |

Is there any value for the To: field? The email will need a To: email address before it can be sent. |

The logging plugin indicates they’re being sent though. That’s another issue when you’re not receiving the emails. Spam filters and even ISP blocking can prevent the receipt of an email, so you can try sending to another email address to troubleshoot further. |

I did so already, and for sending the invoice it works. |

If the email is shown in the email logging plugin then EE has triggered the email and passed it off to your server, we don’t have any control over the email at that point (its all down to your server from there). The invoice email working could just mean the server is rejecting the confirmation email for some reason (flagging some rule set on the mailserver) but the invoice email is not. You could try use a transactional email service to send the emails and see if it works then, that will take your host mailserver out of the equation.
