Hi there,
At the moment the Event Registration Emails when someone buys a ticket on my site are going to my personal email.
I would like to divert them to a different email address, which is a shared email.
I can’t find a setting to change the address that these confirmations get sent to.
I’m guessing EE is getting my personal email address from my master admin login for wordpress, but I don’t know that for sure.
How do I set the address (and change the address) where these confirmations go please?

Hi Daniel,

By default its pulling the email address for whichever account it set as the Event Author to send the event admin emails to.
How do I set the address (and change the address) where these confirmations go please?
Rather than changing the user account email, you can change where EE sends those emails to.
Go to Event Espresso -> Messages -> Default message templates.
You’ll need to go through each ‘Event Admin’ context that is active on the message templates – http://take.ms/Vlz9d
Edit each one and change the ‘To’ field from [EVENT_AUTHOR_EMAIL] to [CO_EMAIL]
EE will then use the email address from Event Espresso -> General Settings -> Primary contact email
