Hi Tone,
If you mean the sender, then go to General Settings and choose Fancy Headers = Yes.

Hello Tone,
This is down to the WP User Integration add on, it pulls the details of any logged in member into the registration forms, so if a user is not logged in it wont occur. If you are not using the feature you can deactivate the addd on plugin (it is called Event Espresso Members in the plugin list)
