In EE4 under Registration, the client’s registration shows complete. Then at registration details, the status is approved, and clicking on view transactions, the Transaction Status: Incomplete, even though the payment is approved, and done in full. The payment method is Mijireh. Can you please explain what we miss. |

Hi there, Did you test this out before going live? If so, was it working then? The reason I ask is because it looks like the server is behind a proxy. |

Sorry, missed your response. Yes we tested it and the site is live. I use a security proxy. It’s strange that I see the payment is done. And the cost of the ticket is what this person paid, but it shows as incomplete. I can manually change the status to complete, but it should have been done after the Mijireh payment went through, right? |
Hi R, So just to confirm, the registration status is Approved. Does this happen for every registration or it is just one so far?
Yes the payment from Mijireh should have set the Transaction to Complete. We have an open ticket for this and are currently investigating, I have added this thread to the ticket to update with any news. |
