We have an event with multiple sessions. Each session has a unique name and different date and time. We have tried a varety of short codes but haven’t found a way to show both the name of the session and the date and time. [RECIPIENT_TICKET_LIST] shows dates and times but not the names of the sessions.

Hi there,

Can you define what you have set up as a ‘Session’ please?

Are you using tickets or datetimes for ‘sessions’?

If you can link me to an event I’ll take a look at that to see what your set up is as the way you’ve set this up determines the shortcodes you need to use.

People purchase a series of events – they are all set up as a single event (so each event in the series is a session as I am using the term. The site is under development – I can provide login. The site is built for a client that is being forced by stakeholders to change things almost daily. I am accumulating more and more questions and spending lots of time on your support site. Is it possible to talk or could I set up a zoom meeting – would probably save a lot of time for both of us.

In that case, TICKET_LIST can’t show you the session name as the sessions are the events, so EVENT_LIST would be used, which then calls the tickets for that specific event.

Sure, you can send long details using this form:

We currently don’t provide Zoom/Phone support and rather than simply saying no, we have some details as to why, here:
