Someone registered and paid for one event using a credit card through PayPal Commerce. They received the registration approved message for that event. Then they registered for a second event and said that the payment wouldn’t go through for that same credit card, so they used their PayPal account, which was successful. Gateway response for the failed transaction was “Order data in wrong format.” A payment failed message was sent, but no registration approved message was sent for the second event.
