Registration transactions are processing, but none of the registrant information is being recorded by Event Espresso in the registration records. Neither the EE required personal info (name, etc) is showing up in the record nor the additional questions we have asked for and also required by us (title, organization).
We are only a few registrations in at this point so I would like to fix this ASAP, before it becomes a major disaster. Thank you!
It turns out that you have the W3 Total cache plugin serving up the registration page as a cached file. Event Espresso registration pages must be served dynamically. You can follow this guide that will outline how to set up W3 Total cache to exclude Event Espresso pages from its caching:
