Registrant details not showing up on invoices

Hi – We duplicated a previous event so everything should be working fine but we’re only seeing the registrant’s name on invoices and not their address. I’ve checked and the address info is appearing in the order details so it is being captured, and the custom invoice template includes all the fields https://i.imgur.com/G9nUDzR.png

Any suggestions?

Hi there,

Can you link me to the event so I can run a test registration to view this?

Or just link me to the invoice for a test registration so I can view that?
