Hi, the address of the registrant doesn’t show on the invoice pdf.
I have one primary registrant and an optional number of attendees. Therefore, I need to show the address of the primary registrant on the invoice. I probably need to change this part of the invoice template:
Looking at one of your events it seems you have created custom questions to capture the attendee address info, is that correct?
Event Espresso expects the ‘system’ address questions to be used for these values, they are the values used throughout EE, including the invoices.
If you edit your event and scroll down to the question groups for your attendees – http://take.ms/Bhmhz
Check the checkbox for Address information and EE will include the address questions within the registration form. The answers to those questions will be used within the registration, contact info, payment info and invoice/receipts.
