Registering on the Same Computer

When a user registers from a computer that was used by another person who has registers for the same event, the name and info changes to the previous registrant. How can I fix this.

Hi Rick,

They’ll need to make sure the finalize the registration and not hit the back button to register. This will clear the registration session. If they’re not sure if they’ve finalized the registration, they can also visit the event list page or the registration cancelled page and it will clear their session.
