Refunded PayPal Payments being sent "Payment Declined" emails

When refunding a registrant they are receiving a “Payment Declined” email instead of a “Refund Issued” email. How do you specify to the system to send a “Refund Issued” email?

Hi,

Thanks for notifying us. This is a known issue and has been marked to be fixed. I can’t currently give a timescale on it, but I have updated the ticket that concerns this issue.
