Hi EE! So, I am using: Event Espresso version 3.1.35.2.P 1) editing attendees from link on confirmation page with question answers that have $0 price modifiers doesn’t change the price when saving the record 🙁 2) If an attendee overpays (because they selected the non-$0 options instead of the $0 options (which are now visible thanks to a few edits by myself inside the Price Modifier plugin), what should be the process to refund (Stripe.com?) and track the correct amount within EE? We can easily refund via Stripe.com, but we also need the money and attendee data to be tracked within EE. What would you recommend? Thanks! |

Hi, 1) Confirmed, I’ll raise a bug report ticket for it. 2) You’re correct on the refund vis Stripe. We don’t have any inbuilt note system, but one way would be to add an Admin only text area question to the Personal Info question group. This will add a box in the attendee area, so after changing the prices in the edit attendee page you can note down said changes. |

Hi Dean, That “Admin Notes” question doesn’t seem to show up on existing registrations – is there a way to fix that? |
It should get added automatically to the existing registrations if it is added to a question group that was set up earlier. Which question group did the admin notes question get added to? |
|

it has been added to my “ADJ Teacher Questions” question group – which was set up earlier…and every ADJ Event registration has used that existing group |
You might try adding that question to a different group. If I’m remembering this correctly, the teacher question group did not get set to display for the additional attendees. |

Question: Question Group: Attendee Screens: Not sure why it isn’t showing up anywhere – can you help? |
I’m not sure either. What you might try is create new question group for the admin notes question, then add that group to your event and update the event. After you go in to edit an attendee record, if it’s still not there you can try updating the attendee record. |
