Recurring Regional Manager Exporting Issue

Summary: When an admin does an export, no issues. When a regional manager does an export the columns are off.

Hi Greg,

In that other topic I mentioned an email that Tony sent you. Did you get that email and apply the fix that was in the attached file?

Hey there…oh yes, that was long ago, like over two years ago…so all has been bliss for the last couple of years. Bliss has ended ๐Ÿ™

May I ask was the fix applied to the core plugin or was it added to the custom_functions.php file located in /wp-content/uploads/espresso/?

If the latter, can you check to see if there’s a custom_functions.php file in that location? It may have been removed.

Well I’m not exactly sure…this was two years ago ๐Ÿ™‚ But I think it was added to the core because I’m not seeing it in the custom_functions.php file. Do you know if that was ever committed to core?

The fix wasn’t committed into EE3 core. I know that Tony said it would likely be added to an update release, but that hasn’t happened. So you could either need to reapply the fix to core, or add the code from the file into the custom_functions.php file.
