Hi,

For now those can be selected manually. The plan for the EE4 version of Recurring Events includes having the ability to set up datetimes on every 4th Thursday of the month.

We can’t give an ETA on the EE4 Recurring Events Add-on at this time.

However, there is a version of the EE3 recurring events manager that should be able to do what you need. It’s a version I spent some time make changes to a little while ago but we didn’t release as development moved onto EE4, you’re free to test it out and see if it works for your needs.

I’ve just pushed the branch with the changes to our Github repo HERE.

Click on ‘clone or download’ on the right and then ‘Download Zip’.

Then on your site de-activate the original REM add-on (you don’t need to delete it if you don’t want as the directory name will be different on this version, but do NOT activate both versions at the same time).

Add the above zip in Dashboard -> Plugins -> Add new -> Upload plugin, select the Zip you just downloaded and activate.

Now try creating a new event series and see if it works for you.

Important note – whilst I tested this for my set up and the event setups I could think of at the time, you should consider this untested, so use a new event/series and update a series to confirm it works how you need it to before you start working on existing events with it.
