We are using eventespresso and memberpress. In the logged-in menu we have a link to view My Events.
Below the event listings are the various icons available. One is the receipt icon.
But the receipt icon isn’t showing to the right of the event which would enable a user toclick and view/print the receipt. Many of the attendees on this website are government employees and they have to have a proper receipt when they submit expenses. I don’t know if there is a setting I missed or why it isn’t showing. I can provide login information if that helps.
It looks like the receipt message type has been disabled on your site, was that intentional?
As the receipt message type is not active the My Events section will not show it in the list of available actions.
If you go to Event Espresso -> messages -> Settings -> HTML
You’ll see the ‘Receipt’ template in the ‘Inactive Message Types’ section, drag that over to the left where the ‘Invoice’ message type is and it will be marked active, the receipt should then show on the My Events section if you refresh the page.
