Hi Cristina,

1) There are approx 10 different Kids Football-Teams. Each Team should receive a separate Welcome-Mail. The content should be individual with different Trainee/Time/Location-Infos.
Is it possible to send these Mails as Mass-Mails?

You’re WordPress site is not the best place to trigger mass emails. Yes EE can trigger the emails you are requesting but your host will likely have a limit on the number of emails you can send per minute/hour/day etc.

It sounds like you only want to trigger 10 emails though, is that correct?

Where is the additional trainee/time/location info stored currently?

2) Is it possible to do Rebookings transparent just in backend, without sending out an E-Mail to the registrants?

Do you mean moving registrants from one event/ticket to another?

If so you can use the Attendee Mover add-on to do so and it has the option to trigger emails or not.

3) What happens if we do a Rebooking with different amounts (e.g. from Event X with USD 440.- Reeboking to Event Y with USD 445.-). Will the difference of USD 5.- be visible and can we invoice that amount directly trough the system to the registrant?

Yes.

If you use the Attendee mover add-on above it recalculate the transaction and you can trigger a pending payment email, in that email is a link they can use to pay the remaining balance.
