Website moved from staging to production. Disconnected, and now re-connecting fails. I set Debug to off, updated Client ID and Secret from Production Keys & OAuth. Updated App URLs and set the Redirect URI on the QB side to the domain URL: https://sanmateocprcertificationclasses.com. Error message when I try to connect is “The redirect_uri query parameter value is invalid. Make sure it is listed in the Redirect URIs section on your app’s keys tab and matches it exactly.”
I don’t see the Redirect URI section on the EE4 QB page, can you point me to it?
Now connected. Didn’t change anything, but after reviewing all and confirming the redirect URI matched what was in the QB help, I tried three more times and it connected successfully on the third try.
You do not set the Redirect URI on the EE4 QB page. You only set that in your app on developer.intuit.com, on the app’s Keys & OAuth page under the Redirect URIs heading.
On the EE4 > Payment Methods > Quickbooks page, there’s a Help tab located on the upper right corner of the page. This will open a help menu for each payment method. Your site’s Redirect URI is listed under the Quickbooks Settings section.
