We have a free event for our students that we are tagging once they register. I have a total of 131 registered, however Infusionsoft has only 113 total. Everything looks good on the event espresso registration (shows complete for all 131), however Infusionsoft is not showing an order for a random 18 of those who bought tickets and thusly not being tagged for the event.
This is crucial and in my opinion is not do to our setup but calls not being sent through from Event Espresso to Infusionsoft. Need someone to push those through
Can you clarify something? You mention it’s a free event, but also mention they bought tickets. Do you mean they registered for the free tickets when you write “bought” or is there another type of ticket involved?
It will also help if you can share a link to the event in question (feel free to use the private reply feature when you share that link).
What you could do is check the timestamps for the registrations that did not get tagged in Infusionsoft, and compare those times in your site’s PHP error log. You’ll be checking for any unique errors from around the times those registrations were made.
