Hi, |
Hi there, We’ve received your request for priority support. It appears there are some broken relationships between the data in the transactions and registrations database tables. May I ask have any of the databases had some of their rows deleted? Also, do you have any backups of the database? |
Yes i have backups. |
We’re actually more interested in having a look at the site’s PHP error logs, can you send those in a reply to the email we sent you? |
done, but : |
May I ask why’d you give us an unmonitored email address? |
sry i don’t saw the good mail |
log sent |
i’m on slack if you want |
for information, direct link to an event go to 502. |
Thanks for sending the error log. One of the developers will review the logs to see if there are any clues why those messages got stuck in the Generating Queue. |
Good morning, |
The 502 error may be related to the caching plugin. Do you get the 502 error when you’re logged into the website? |
I desactivate the cache plugin. page always in 502. If i’m logged, there is no 502. |
Do you have any custom code for the single event page that does anything like is_user_logged_in() or current_user_can() checks? |
Error 502 is my bad. I found the issue. You are correct a custom function for ads. |
Would it be OK if we set the messages system back to Send on Separate request and added some error logging? |
Yes, you can. now here (in France) it’s 09:00 pm |
Hi Eddy, The messages are sending as expected now, even with Messages set to send on a separate request. The developer of the messages system realized that if the transients were deleted where they’re associated with the generation of messages, then they could get stuck in Queued for Generating. The next version (and the copy of Event Espresso on your site) includes a change to no longer use transients. |
