We have events that require no additional information for some of the items listed on the events, but the system is asking for the additional information for ever single item. See the link below
Currently, you set questions on the Event itself, not tickets within the events, so you can either capture the primary registration questions (the first ticket) or every registrant’s (aka ticket) questions within an event, you can’t set some tickets to request details and others not.
Do each of those additional tickets need to have limits set on them? As in do you have a specific number of additional items and need to monitor sales?

As mentioned in my initial reply, you can’t.
You’re missing “you can’t” from your quote above:
you can’t set some tickets to request details and others not.
So you can either request details for every ticket selected within an event, or only the first.
