If that code is still in use in the site it will only allow the specific fields you have set in that function into the CSV so you’ll need to update it each time you add additional questions.
I replied to this thread before your support token request come in for it, so just checking before I process your support token if you’d still like to use it or if the above answers this enough for you to no longer need to?
